Kathleen Servidea

Kathleen Servidea is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Gallatin. Before joining Gallatin, Ms. Servidea served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Peak 8 Asset Management, where she oversaw all legal and compliance matters. Previously, she was Deputy General Counsel of TP ICAP, where she managed the corporate legal function for the Americas. Before joining TP ICAP, Ms. Servidea served as primary legal counsel to PartnerRe’s Principal Finance and Strategic Investment groups, advising on alternative fixed-income, private equity and private fund transactions, as well as related tax and regulatory matters. She began her career at Dechert LLP, where she focused on a broad range of financing transactions. Ms. Servidea holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA from McGill University.
