Victor Insurance Exchange

Victor Insurance Exchange is a newly-formed reciprocal insurer, or policy-owned insurance risk-bearing entity, that delivers U.S. property catastrophe capacity to existing and new policyholders of Victor Insurance Manager’s subsidiary, International Catastrophe Insurance Managers LLC (“ICAT”).

In June 2023, Gallatin Point invested in the risk exchange and related management company, providing the initial capitalization for the exchange.
