The Hunt Companies is a diversified, family-owned holding company that invests in operating businesses, real estate assets and infrastructure assets.

Gallatin Point formed a joint venture with Hunt in 2021 to provide land banking facilities to a major U.S. home builder.  The land banking facilities provide financing for residential real estate land acquisition and horizontal construction costs.
