(“Acrisure”) is a retail and wholesale insurance broker that offers retail property (“P&C”) insurance, wholesale and specialty insurance solutions, title, mortgage, and other related services with a focus on small- and medium-sized businesses (“SMBs”). In May 2025, Gallatin Point made a convertible senior preferred stock investment in Acrisure to support an optimization of the Company’s existing capital structure, advance strategic initiatives such as accretive M&A, and accelerate its development as a tech-enabled financial services platform.
