DS2 Capital is a newly formed credit investment firm focused on actively managed collateralized loan obligation (“CLO”) strategies. In February 2026, Gallatin Point invested preferred equity into the DS2 management company to fund platform build-out and working capital, and also committed capital to DS2’s CLO equity fund to support and anchor the firm’s initial CLO issuances.
